You do not have to put any money down with Graham Tours at this time. You only have to sign up for the trip or be added to the waiting list if the trip is full. If conditions do not permit travel, or we have not received the minimum stated sign ups at 45 days to departure, the entire trip will be rescheduled. At that time you can choose to move to the new date, or if it is a go, then make your payment. If masks are required or advised by the departure date then we will comply accordingly. This may depend on vaccination status per the CDC. If afterwards conditions do not permit travel and we cancel the trip, everyone will get a refund or can reschedule. Please note that if a guest decides to cancel their trip prior to either of those refunds, or we determine the trip to be a go, then it is nonrefundable and they would need insurance to cancel to be eligible for reimbursement.
