Until the very end of 2021, ordering the Binax Now proctored home tests prompted a warning that many tests being shipped would expire in February 2022.

In light of the difficulty of obtaining these tests, pragmatic folks were ordering ahead of time, at least for travel needs and this February wall was causing issues.

This agency recently received a new shipment from store.optimum.com, on January 6th, 2022, and I am happy to report all shipments are showing a November 2022 expiration date…meaning people can advance order if necessary for travel or other needs.

Additionally, other agencies and travel sources have related that they are also getting November 2022 expiry dates, including from emed.com and Optimum.

These particular proctered tests can also be used to re-enter the USA after traveling abroad, making the new 1 day testing requirement easier to fulfill, even if only a backup.
