Meet us in Port Canaveral at our beachfront resort where you can park your car for our group’s negotiated rate of half price for the duration of the entire vacation.
We will have 2 nights here at the Hilton Cocoa Beach to enjoy the beach and property before taking our private motorcoach to the pier on the 4th.

After the cruise, we will have this private transfer take us, and our luggage, back to the resort where we can get our cars (or you can fly in/out of Orlando – just let us know in advance and we can help with an airport transfer).
On board the Equinox, enjoy included Classic Drink Package, basic Wifi, and Tips (for deposited bookings made prior to October 31st, 2023), special events including 2 dances with our SOS DJ! Private Shore Excursions will be made available at an additional cost.

We are sailing on the beautiful Celebrity Equinox – the same ship we had SOS at Sea 6, the ABC Islands cruise in 2018 – except now it has been dry docked and upgraded! Odie from the OD Arcade will once again grace our custom t-shirts for the group!
Update: Tips / Gratuities are only included for bookings made before 10/25/23. Celebrity Cruises is dropping that perk as of that date, so bookings made after that date DO NOT INCLUDE GRATUITIES. I
Please note that the cheaper rates that may be found online are generally NO PERK rates that do not include the above amenities. Obviously they also do not include our pre-cruise 2 night resort, private motorcoach transfers, on board private events, hosts, escorts, and so on.
In order to be able to participate in the activities, dances, private shore excursions, private transportation, and all of the fun events, this trip must be booked with MGA Travel.
Pricing includes 2 pre-nights at the resort, private motorcoach transportation. Also, once on board, it includes your cabin as selected below, taxes & fees, wifi, and the Classic drink package.
If you wish you may upgrade from the Classic to the Premium drink package for $168 per person. What’s the difference in the drink packages? After making your initial depositYou can do this yourself online by logging in to Celebrity Cruise Lines’ website.

Military Discount: Proof of Service (ie DD214) you will get $100 per person discount (for the first 2 guests) for balcony or higher, and $25 per person discount for Oceanview or lower. Thank you for your service!
To make the first deposit (to sign up), simply complete this Secure Payment Form to authorize the initial nonrefundable deposit with your credit card information you put in the secure form. For the name of the trip put “SOS Reunion Cruise”. In the DESCRIPTION OF CHARGES Make sure to also put the TYPE OF CABIN CATEGORY YOU PREFER in the box, and then select the MGA Travel agent you’d like to work with. Please say if you qualify for military discount. You will know if the form was submitted successfully because you will get a confirmation screen.
At that time, there is an initial nonrefundable deposit of $500 per person due now to sign up ($1000 per couple). Please note that half of the deposit will be paid to Celebrity and half will be paid to MGA Travel via square. You can pre-authorize us to purchase the Allianz insurance for $191 per person as well.
Then on February 15th, 2024, an interim non-refundable payment of $325 per person will be due ($650 per couple).

Final payment of the remaining balance, also nonrefundable, will be due by August 6th, 2024.
SOLO Travelers without a roomate will have to pay the same as 2 guests, including deposits.
Tips / Gratuities will be included in all deposited bookings made before 10/31/23. Celebrity Cruises is dropping that perk as of that date, but will honor grandfathered bookings.
Shortly after that, an Allianz group Insurance quote will be emailed to you. You can pay the insurance directly to Allianz from the link in this email. Due to the non-refundable nature of this trip, it is strongly suggested that you purchase the insurance right away. For most cabin categories, insurance will be $191 per person ($382 per cabin).
The insurance is not “cancel for any reason”; cancellation is only reimbursed for a covered reason. The insurance is available as a group policy (for residents of most states) and group policies are not age-rated, which is a good thing!

YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING YOUR PASSPORT FOR THIS TRIP so unless we already have it, please ALSO complete this Secure Passport Form for each passenger. Passports must have 6 months of validity after the return date of January 11, 2025 to be valid.
Luggage: Please limit your items to 1 “checked” bag of up to 45lbs and 1 carry on bag up to 20lbs per person. Hotel package does NOT include breakfast, but there are many ala carte options onsite or around town. Parking is per vehicle and is normally $12 per day, but with our negotiated rate is now $6 per day – paid directly to the hotel at the time. Hotel package includes wifi onsite. Coastline view rooms have been requested but are not guaranteed.
