August 16, 2025 for 14 days, hosted by M&K.
Kelly and I are going back to Greenland, exploring new areas of the country where we will find seclusion and serenity amidst majestic, quiet beauty. Our journey to Greenland will start and end in Iceland. Two days pre and ending with a special tour and visit to the famed Blue Lagoon.
This journey is limited to 10 guests. Jump to Pricing.
We will be staying in luxury tented camps for 8 nights! This will be a chance to truly connect to nature in the wild, with expert guides to show us the way (safely) and crew to do everything else for us! We may even have opportunities to see the Northern Lights. At each of the two camps, there will be a lot of planned adventures – all are included yet optional. For example, if you find an activity that seems too strenuous for you, no worries! We will have another guide that will take you on alternate excursions, or you can simply enjoy the rugged beauty of the camp…it’s up to you!
We will have four nights at Camp Kiattua, a night in Nuuk at Hotel Hans Egede, and four nights at Disko Bay, which is further north, staying at Camp Saqqaq. We will end our time in Greenland staying a night at the Hotel Icefiord in Ilulissat before our flight to Iceland the next day. We will spend a relaxing day (and night) at the Blue Lagoon, and the following morning we fly home from Reykjavik on August 29th, 2025.
The teepees and tents, located at both camps, are truly comfortable and luxurious. Soft beds with down mattresses and hot showers, chef-prepared meals, and everything all-inclusive. Each private tent for two has its own private bathroom. More details are below.

August 16, 2025: Fly from the USA to Reykjavik, Iceland where we will have a group transfer from the airport to stay in a good hotel centrally located in town. We will have an Outlanders Welcome Dinner that night.
The next day we will have a private Icelandic tour of the land of Njáll’s Saga – a region of breathtaking scenery and legendary stories. During your guided tour you’ll encounter the wonderful variety of the south: from the wide plains formed by glacial rivers to the sheer sea cliffs of Dyrhólaey or Reynishverfi and the spectacular waterfalls of Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss. In clear weather, you’ll experience unforgettable views of the Hekla and Eyjafjallajökull volcanoes and the Westman Islands.
The next morning we will transfer to the airport and fly to Nuuk, Greenland.
While we are still customizing the itinerary for our time in Greenland, here is information about each camp, including the types of activities and inclusions that we will have at our disposal:
The flight between the two camps (the nearest towns, is included and will be with Air Greenland.
We use RIBs (Rigid Inflatable Boats) for all water-based activities. The boats are open and very fast, with cruising speeds of around 35 knots. We supply immersion suits and other items to keep our guests warm and comfortable during the trip. These will be used for transfers to/from camp as well, except that for Camp Saqqaq. We will transfer back to camp via helicopter in two different groups.
On August 28th, we will fly back to Reykjavik for a one-night stay and Blue Lagoon visit, and have our Outlander Farewell Lunch onsite at Lava Restaurant. The following morning, you will transfer to the airport for your flight home.
While the flight in Greenland from the first camp to the second camp is included, please note that the aforementioned international flights are not included.
